Kevin has been coaching volleyball for 22 years. The majority of his career took place in his home state of Ohio, where he coached at the high school, club, collegiate and professional levels. Most recently, he coached at Boomers Volleyball Academy and at NOLA Volleyball Club in New Orleans, LA. Other coaching stops included being the head coach of the Ohio Valley Sky, a semi-professional team that competed in the PVL sponsored by USA Volleyball. Prior to that, he was at the University of Northwestern Ohio, where he was the inaugural Head Coach of the NAIA program from 2008-2013. He proceeded to lead the Racers to 133 victories over five seasons. His last season saw the Racers complete a 32-6 campaign, including a 24-match win streak and top 20 ranking. Prior to his time at the University of Northwestern Ohio, Kitchen helped lead his alma mater, Lima Central Catholic, to the 2007 Ohio Division 3 state championship. He also was a coach and co-director of Team Atlantis VBC where he qualified multiple teams to the USAV Junior National Tournament and twice placed third (2008 and 2010). Kitchen has helped place hundreds of athletes into Intercollegiate programs, including four that went on to play Professionally and one USA National team member. 

Kevin is also the head coach of our Pro athletes and the tournament director.
